Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
Standard: 3-7 business days - $2.99
Two Day Express: 2 business days - $10.00
Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally.
Return & Refund Policy

At Dryello, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll give you a full refund.
How to Request a Refund

We'll process your full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company
No Return Necessary
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returned products. If you're not satisfied, we simply ask that you safely dispose of the product according to the disposal instructions on the package label.
Why we don't accept returns: As an FDA-regulated over-the-counter antifungal medication and personal care product, we cannot resell or restock opened items due to contamination risks and regulatory compliance requirements. Your health and safety come first.
Refund Eligibility
Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, etc.).
One Refund Per Customer: To prevent abuse of our generous policy while maintaining trust with genuine customers, we limit refunds to one per customer. Repeat refund requests may be declined at our discretion.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or accounts.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect: Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with:
Order number
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Description of the damage or defect
We will:
Issue a full refund immediately, OR
Ship a replacement product at no additional cost (your choice)
Provide a prepaid return label if we need the damaged product for quality control purposes
Lost or Stolen Packages
Carrier Responsibility: Once your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
Tracking your package closely using the tracking number provided
Requiring signature confirmation for orders (available upon request)
Using a secure delivery location
We may assist with:
Filing a claim with the shipping carrier
Providing delivery confirmation details and proof of shipment
Replacement or refund for lost/stolen packages marked as "delivered" is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we have not yet processed. Contact us immediately at (800) 452-7362
After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product after it arrives, you may request a refund following the standard refund process above (within 30 days of purchase).
Important Notes
Original shipping charges are not included in your refund for dissatisfaction claims. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through www.dryello.com only. For products purchased through authorized retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
