Dryello contains tolnaftate 1%, an antifungal active ingredient for over-the-counter use, in a dry stick that glides on smoothly. Its efficacy and safety were evaluated in a dedicated clinical trial program, and our NEW fragrance-free formula was tested in an independent, dermatologist-supervised skin safety study. Here’s what the data shows.

87% Cure Rate

Across two clinical cohorts (n=39 at 4 weeks, per-protocol analysis), 87% of participants were mycologically cured of athlete's foot after 4 weeks of twice-daily use.1 Itching was reduced by 40% in as early as 2 weeks.1 Participants also rated the product highly for comfort and ease of use throughout treatment.

Safety

No serious adverse events occurred in either clinical study. Two mild, unrelated adverse events were reported and fully resolved.1

Non-Irritating & Non-Sensitizing

In an independent repeat insult patch test (HRIPT) of 104 people, Dryello's fragrance-free formula was non-irritating and non-sensitizing, with no reactions observed. The study was supervised by a board-certified dermatologist.3
