1. Introduction and Scope
Propedix, Inc. ("Propedix," "Dryello," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Dryello website at www.dryello.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or use the Site, create an account, purchase Dryello products, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Site.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site and related customer-service and marketing interactions. It does not apply to information collected in employment, job-applicant, or other business-to-business contexts that are governed by separate notices or practices.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Site or provide personal information through it.
2. Information We Collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Site and with Dryello.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, place an order, subscribe to marketing, contact customer support, or otherwise provide information to us, we may collect:
Identifiers and contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, and billing address.
Account information, including account profile information, login-related information, and preferences associated with your account.
Transaction and purchase information, including products ordered, order history, order value, shipping details, returns, refunds, and related transaction records.
Payment-related information. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment-card details on our own systems, although we may receive transaction confirmations, limited payment information, and records necessary to process and document your purchase.
Marketing preferences, including whether you have subscribed to or unsubscribed from promotional communications.
Communications and support information, including information you provide in inquiries, customer-service requests, product questions, complaints, reviews, or other communications with us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or interact with the Site, we may automatically collect information using cookies, pixels, log files, software development tools, and similar technologies, including:
Internet and network information, including your IP address, general location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring website or page.
Device information, including device type, model, browser or device identifiers, and information about the device used to access the Site.
Site-usage information, including pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on the Site, navigation paths, shopping-cart activity, and interactions with Site features.
Analytics and advertising information, including cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, campaign attribution information, and information about interactions with our marketing or advertising.
2.3 Information From Service Providers and Business Partners
We may receive information from companies that help us operate the Site and our business, such as payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, customer relationship management and email providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, fraud-prevention providers, and other service providers. This may include payment status, shipment status, email engagement information, advertising attribution, and information necessary to prevent fraud or secure the Site.
3. Health-Related Information
Dryello is an over-the-counter product. Information about products you view, purchase, return, or ask us about may reveal or permit inferences regarding your health interests or a health condition. We treat product-specific purchase and customer-support information with heightened care.
We do not intentionally provide advertising partners with product-specific purchase information or the contents of customer-support communications for the purpose of serving targeted advertising based on a health condition. We may use information that is aggregated and not reasonably linked to an identifiable individual for analytics, product planning, business operations, and other lawful purposes.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand Site usage, measure marketing effectiveness, prevent fraud, and support advertising. These technologies may include Google Analytics, Google advertising technologies, and Meta/Facebook advertising technologies.
Some of these providers may collect online identifiers, device information, IP address, browsing or interaction information, and advertising or campaign information when you use the Site. Depending on the provider, your settings, and applicable law, these providers may use information collected through their technologies to provide analytics, measure advertising, or help deliver advertising across websites or services.
You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality. Where applicable law requires us to honor a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), we will process the signal as required by law.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
To process, fulfill, ship, and document orders, payments, returns, refunds, and related transactions.
To create and maintain customer accounts and provide account functionality.
To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, address complaints, and communicate about products or orders.

To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, governmental requests, accounting obligations, tax requirements, product-safety obligations, and other legal requirements.
For other purposes disclosed to you at the time information is collected or with your consent.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to the following categories of recipients:
Payment processors, to authorize and process payments, refunds, and related transactions.
Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers, to fulfill and deliver orders and manage returns or delivery issues.
Email, CRM, and customer-service providers, to manage customer relationships, support communications, transactional messages, and marketing communications.
Analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Meta/Facebook, for analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, and advertising activities consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, hosting, and technology providers, to protect and operate the Site and our systems.
Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, and insurers, when reasonably necessary for professional services or to protect our legal interests.
Governmental authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Parties to a business transaction, such as an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some disclosures of online identifiers, device information, and internet or Site-activity information to advertising or analytics providers may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.
Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may exercise that right by sending a request to privacy@dryello.com, by using a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal such as GPC, or through any additional privacy-choice mechanism that we make available on the Site as required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
8. Do Not Track and Cross-Site Collection
Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. As described above, we do honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.
Third-party analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Site. Their collection and use of information are also governed by their own privacy policies and settings.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business and legal needs. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, our relationship with you, legal and regulatory requirements, accounting and tax obligations, fraud and security needs, product-quality and safety obligations, dispute-resolution needs, and applicable limitation periods.
Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to seven years for accounting, tax, legal, and recordkeeping purposes, and may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for a legal claim, regulatory obligation, product-safety matter, or other lawful purpose.
Account information is generally retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward as necessary for recordkeeping, security, legal, or operational purposes.
Marketing and CRM information is generally retained while you remain subscribed or otherwise maintain a customer relationship with us. If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited suppression-list information so that we can honor your opt-out.
Analytics and advertising information is retained according to our configured settings, provider functionality, and our legitimate business and legal needs, subject to applicable law.
Customer-support and other communications are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the communication, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable obligations.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the ability to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, a portable copy of certain information, or an opt-out from certain advertising, sale, or sharing activities.
You may also exercise the following choices:
Marketing emails: You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the "Unsubscribe" link in the message. We may continue to send non-promotional communications relating to orders, accounts, security, or other transactions.
Cookies and browser settings: You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Some Site features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
Advertising choices: Where applicable, you may use privacy controls offered by your browser, device, Google, Meta/Facebook, or other advertising services, including a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as GPC.
Privacy requests: You may submit a privacy request by emailing privacy@dryello.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and we may deny or limit a request when permitted or required by law.
We will respond to valid privacy requests within the time required by applicable law. We may retain information when necessary to complete transactions, comply with law, maintain security, prevent fraud, exercise or defend legal claims, honor opt-outs, or for other purposes permitted by law.
11. California Privacy Notice
This section supplements the remainder of this Privacy Policy for California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), applies only when its statutory requirements are satisfied. If and to the extent the CCPA applies to Propedix with respect to a California resident, the following provisions describe the rights and disclosures applicable to that resident.
11.1 Categories of Personal Information
During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, including identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information such as transaction and purchase history; internet or other electronic network activity; general geolocation information derived from IP address; and inferences that may be drawn from product interactions or purchase information. We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 2, use them for the purposes described in Section 5, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 6.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, or government-issued identification numbers through the ordinary Site checkout process unless a specific lawful need arises and we provide an appropriate notice at that time.
11.2 California Consumer Rights
If the CCPA applies, and subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to:
Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them, including required information regarding sources, purposes, and disclosures.
Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable.
Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where the CCPA provides that right and our practices trigger it.
Receive equal service and pricing and not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights.
11.3 Sensitive Personal Information and Health Inferences
Product interactions, purchase history, and customer-support communications may permit an inference concerning a consumer’s health interests or condition. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that are unrelated to providing products and services, maintaining security and integrity, preventing fraud, complying with law, or other purposes permitted without a right to limit, unless we provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.
11.4 Exercising California Rights
A California resident may submit a request by emailing privacy@dryello.com and clearly describing the request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s identity or authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of the agent’s authority and may require the consumer to verify identity directly with us.
For requests to opt out of sale or sharing, where applicable, we will also honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals as required by California law. We will not use information obtained in connection with an opt-out request for purposes other than processing the request, maintaining necessary records, and otherwise complying with law.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us may contact privacy@dryello.com.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We also require service providers to protect information as appropriate to the services they provide and the nature of the information involved.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us promptly at privacy@dryello.com.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings of any third-party service before providing personal information to it.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we update the policy, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use or disclose personal information, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law before applying the change where required.
