1. Introduction and Scope

Propedix, Inc. ("Propedix," "Dryello," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Dryello website at dryello.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or use the Site, create an account, make a purchase, subscribe to communications, contact us, or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Site and Dryello products.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site and related customer-service, order-fulfillment, marketing, and ecommerce interactions. It does not apply to employment, job-applicant, or other contexts governed by a separate privacy notice.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Site or provide personal information through it.

2. Personal Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

·    Identifiers and contact information, including your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, and billing address.

·    Account information, including login-related information, profile information, preferences, and other account details.

·    Order and commercial information, including products viewed or purchased, order history, order value, shipping details, returns, refunds, and related transaction records.

·    Payment-related information. Payment-card and other payment credentials are processed by payment service providers. We may receive payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, limited payment information, and records needed to process and document a purchase or refund.

·    Marketing preferences, including whether you subscribed to or unsubscribed from promotional communications.

·    Customer-support and communications information, including information you choose to provide in product questions, complaints, reviews, refund requests, or other communications with us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or interact with the Site, we and service providers may automatically collect information using cookies, pixels, log files, software development tools, local storage, and similar technologies, including:

·    Internet and network information, including IP address, general location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring website or page.

·    Device information, including device type, browser or device identifiers, and information about the device used to access the Site.

·    Site-usage information, including pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on the Site, navigation paths, shopping-cart activity, and interactions with Site features.

·    Analytics and advertising information, including cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, campaign attribution information, and information about interactions with our marketing or advertising.

2.3 Information From Service Providers and Business Partners

We may receive information from companies that help us operate the Site and our business, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, customer relationship management and email providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, fraud-prevention providers, and other technology or professional service providers. This information may include payment status, shipment status, email engagement, advertising attribution, and information needed to operate, secure, and support the Site.

3. Health-Related Information and Product Inferences

Dryello sells over-the-counter products. Information about products you view, purchase, return, or ask us about may reveal or permit an inference regarding a health interest or condition. We treat product-specific purchase information and customer-support communications with heightened care.

We do not intentionally provide advertising partners with product-specific purchase information or the contents of customer-support communications for the purpose of serving targeted advertising based on a health condition. We may disclose information to service providers when reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain the Site, prevent fraud, comply with law, or perform other business functions described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use information that is aggregated or otherwise not reasonably linkable to an identifiable individual for analytics, product planning, quality, business operations, and other lawful purposes.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

·    process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide order confirmations and delivery updates, process refunds, and maintain transaction records;

·    create and maintain customer accounts and provide account functionality;

·    provide customer support, respond to questions or complaints, and communicate about products, orders, safety, quality, or service issues;

·    send marketing and promotional communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices;

·    maintain customer relationship management records and manage customer relationships;

·    operate, personalize, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site, products, services, and customer experience;

·    measure marketing effectiveness and conduct advertising or retargeting in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law;

·    detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, and other unlawful or harmful activity;

·    protect our rights, property, operations, customers, and other persons and enforce our terms, policies, and agreements;

·    comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, governmental requests, accounting and tax obligations, product-quality and safety obligations, and other legal requirements; and

·    carry out another purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

·    Ecommerce and hosting providers, including Shopify, to operate the online store and related ecommerce functions.

·    Payment processors, to authorize and process payments, refunds, and related transactions.

·    Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers, to fulfill and deliver orders and address delivery issues.

·    Email, CRM, and customer-service providers, to manage customer relationships, customer support, transactional messages, and marketing communications.

·    Analytics and advertising providers, including providers such as Google and Meta/Facebook, for analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, and advertising activities consistent with this Privacy Policy.

·    Fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, hosting, and technology providers, to protect and operate the Site and our systems.

·    Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, consultants, and insurers, when reasonably necessary for professional services or to protect legal interests.

·    Governmental authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

·    Parties to an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.

6. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising Technologies, and Browser Signals

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, maintain shopping-cart and account functions, understand Site usage, measure marketing effectiveness, prevent fraud, and support advertising. These technologies may include Shopify cookies and may include Google Analytics, Google advertising technologies, Meta/Facebook advertising technologies, or similar providers.

Most browsers allow you to block, remove, or limit cookies through browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality. Third-party analytics and advertising providers may also offer their own privacy settings or opt-out tools.

The Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by applicable law. When a valid GPC signal is received, we will treat it as an opt-out request for the browser or device to the extent required by law. Other than legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC, the Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform industry standard for interpreting those signals.

Third-party analytics and advertising providers may collect information about online activities over time and across different websites or services when their technologies are enabled on the Site, subject to applicable law, our configurations, and their own privacy notices.

7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Depending on applicable law and the configuration of advertising technologies on the Site, disclosures of online identifiers, device information, or Site-usage information to advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” even when no money is exchanged.

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may exercise that right by sending a request to privacy@dryello.com, using a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal such as GPC, or using any additional privacy-choice mechanism we make available on the Site.

We do not intentionally provide advertising partners with product-specific purchase information or the contents of customer-support communications for targeted advertising based on a health condition. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business and legal needs. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, our relationship with you, legal and regulatory requirements, accounting and tax obligations, fraud and security needs, product-quality and safety obligations, dispute-resolution needs, and applicable limitation periods.

·    Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to seven years for accounting, tax, legal, and recordkeeping purposes and may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for a legal claim, regulatory obligation, product-safety matter, or other lawful purpose.

·    Account information is generally retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward as necessary for recordkeeping, security, legal, or operational purposes.

·    Marketing and CRM information is generally retained while you remain subscribed or otherwise maintain a customer relationship with us. If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited suppression-list information so that we can honor your opt-out.

·    Analytics and advertising information is retained according to our configured settings, provider functionality, and legitimate business and legal needs, subject to applicable law.

·    Customer-support and other communications are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the communication, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable obligations.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We also use service providers to help operate and secure the Site and related systems.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact privacy@dryello.com promptly.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain information, and rights to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.

Marketing emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may continue to send non-promotional communications relating to orders, accounts, security, or other transactions.

Cookies and browser settings. You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Some Site features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Advertising choices. Where applicable, you may use privacy controls offered by your browser, device, or advertising services, including a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as GPC.

Privacy requests. You may submit a request by emailing privacy@dryello.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests and may deny or limit a request when permitted or required by law.

We will respond to valid privacy requests within the time required by applicable law. We may retain information when necessary to complete transactions, comply with law, maintain security, prevent fraud, exercise or defend legal claims, honor opt-outs, or for other purposes permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable privacy law.

11. California Privacy Notice

This section supplements the remainder of this Privacy Policy for California residents. California privacy laws apply according to their statutory scope and requirements. If and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), applies to Propedix with respect to a California resident, the following provisions describe the applicable disclosures and rights.

11.1 Categories of Personal Information

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, including identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information such as transaction and purchase history; internet or other electronic network activity; general geolocation information derived from IP address; and inferences that may be drawn from Site or product interactions. We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 2, use them for the purposes described in Section 4, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 5.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, or government-issued identification numbers through the ordinary Site checkout process unless a specific lawful need arises and we provide an appropriate notice at that time.

11.2 California Consumer Rights

If the CCPA applies, and subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to:

·    know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, including required information regarding sources, purposes, and disclosures;

·    request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;

·    request correction of inaccurate personal information;

·    opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable;

·    limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where the CCPA provides that right and our practices trigger it; and

·    receive equal service and pricing and not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights.

11.3 Sensitive Personal Information and Health Inferences

Product interactions, purchase history, and customer-support communications may permit an inference concerning a consumer’s health interests or condition. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes unrelated to providing requested products and services, maintaining security and integrity, preventing fraud, complying with law, protecting legal rights, or other purposes permitted without a right to limit, unless we provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.

11.4 Exercising California Rights

A California resident may submit a request by emailing privacy@dryello.com and describing the request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of the agent’s authority and may require the consumer to verify identity directly with us. For opt-out requests, where applicable, we will also honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals as required by law.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to us may contact privacy@dryello.com.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices and settings before providing personal information to them.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we update the policy, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use or disclose personal information, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law before applying the change where required.
