Official Rules: Dryello “Hiking Gear” Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Dryello “Hiking Gear” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Propedix, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Propedix, Inc.20 Park Plaza, Suite 477, Boston, MA 02116.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Propedix, Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant fully releases Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, and Facebook from any and all liability arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted online starting on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM/CDT and ending June 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM/CDT. All online entries must be received by the end date.
5. How to Enter
The Sweepstakes is entered by:
- Following the official @HelloDryello account on Instagram.
- Liking the official Giveaway Post.
- Comment your favorite hiking spot or dream trail destination.
- Tagging 2 friends in the comments of the Giveaway Post will not increase your chances of winning.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Propedix, Inc. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
6. Prizes
The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive the “Hiking Gear” which includes:
- One (1) Dryello Antifungal Sticks (Box of 2) $19.99
- One (1) Black Diamond Trail Back Trekking Poles - Pair $99.95
- One (1) The North Face Horizon Breeze Brimmer Hat (New Taupe Green) $50.00
- One (1) Darn Tough Hiker Micro Crew Cushion Socks - Men’s (Olive) $26.00
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $195.94. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Propedix, Inc. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Propedix, Inc.’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Propedix, Inc.. Winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the platform they entered (Instagram) within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, fails to complete required documents, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing. Propedix, Inc. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.
Warning: Propedix, Inc. will never ask for credit card information or bank details to claim a prize. Beware of "copycat" accounts.
9. Rights Granted by You
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text), You understand and agree that Propedix, Inc., anyone acting on behalf of Propedix, Inc., and Propedix, Inc.’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, or statements about the Sweepstakes for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PROPEDIX, INC. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE RECEIPT, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY A RELEASED PARTY’S GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE RULES SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES THAT MAY NOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE-OF-LAW OR CONFLICT-OF-LAW RULES THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY SUCH DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN SUFFOLK COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS, AND BY ENTERING, YOU CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF, AND WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO VENUE IN, SUCH COURTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH PARTY SHALL BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL DEPRIVE ANY ENTRANT OF ANY NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHT, STATUTORY REMEDY, OR RIGHT TO SEEK RELIEF FROM ANY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY OR OTHER FORUM THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED BY CONTRACT.
